


Nancy Ridley
President
Her career with MetLife spanned more than 25 years, during which she served in a wide variety of human resources positions encompassing all the human resources disciplines, including staffing & employment, EEO/AA, training & development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & organization planning, and benefits administration.
During her tenure at MetLife, Ms. Ridley served on several corporate-wide reengineering teams involving cross-functional analysis of operational effectiveness and redesign of organization models and processes. She is highly skilled in change management and in guiding company leaders through effective implementation plans. She is experienced in partnership models, linking employees and line managers with organizational goals, objectives and reward systems.
Nancy is also an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Rhode Island where she served as Charter President after leading the merger of the Personnel Executives Club and the Personnel Association of Rhode Island. As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she has served in many leadership roles and chaired two regional conferences for the Society. Some of her other commitments have included the Warwick Chamber Education Foundation (Trustee), Warwick Economic Development Corporation (Board), United Way (Strategic Directions Committee), and the Ocean State Association of Partners in Education. She has been a seminar presenter for the Center for Women & Enterprise and other professional organizations.
An auto enthusiast, Ms. Ridley serves as Vice President/Treasurer of the Pantera Owners of New England. She is also a member of the Mercedes Benz Club of America and the Jaguar Owners Club.
