Organizational Development (2.5 credits)
Lynn P. Watterson, SPHR, instructor. Special emphasis on applying OD in difficult economic times. This course introduces the concept of managing an organization from an HR perspective through times of change, and the importance of reinforcing strategies, structures and processes for improving an organization’s effectiveness.
