HR Xpress was established in 2000 when Joyce Maynard and Nancy Ridley joined forces to offer human resources services to small businesses.

Satisfying the needs of small business for human resources support was a primary driver for HR Xpress. Introducing the concept of outsourced human resources to those who could benefit from the services was challenging, but soon HR Xpress became recognized in the business community as offering practical, common sense solutions where others frequently could not. The vast human resources knowledge and experience of the principals made them the “go to” people for helping business owners manage their HR concerns.

Over time, HR Xpress has grown and expanded its service capabilities. With the addition of specialized consultants, HR Xpress now provides staffing services and employment law guidance. The focus of the business has changed to include mid-sized and large employers looking for outsourced HR support to assist their human resources staff.
